Valve Refurbishment
Valve Repair
Kira Valves & Engineering are fully equipped to refurbish most makes, types and sizes up to 3 meters of low, medium and high pressure valves. Our 4200m2 solar-powered workshop based in Benrose Johannesburg, holds a refurbishment, epoxy coating, blasting, machining, testing and fabrication facility, allowing for a combination of services to be achieved in one workshop. As a result, this enables us to cope with even the largest valves in use today.
Replacing poorly performing valves can be expensive and not always necessary. Up to 90% of all valves can be refurbished at considerable savings when compared to purchasing a new unit. Valve failure can cause of millions of Rands worth of lost production every year. Yet a preventative valve maintenance programme of valve repair could essentially eliminate this costly, inefficient and potentially hazardous problem.
